The 312 is a recoil operated, over-and-under shotgun chambered in 12 gauge with checkered walnut stock and foregrip incorporating a stylish Fleur De Lys design. It has a wide, ventilated sporting rib with front and mid bead sight. The design is simplistic but elegant and is very well made. There is a cross-bolt switch in the trigger which lets one select which barrel will fire first. Behind the top-mounted safety lever are two, small rods marked ‘O’ and ‘U’. When cocked, these rods protrude slightly, and then recede back into the receiver with each shot as a way to indicate which barrel has fired. Overall the shotgun is in lovely condition and the barrels are very clean and very bright with barely indication of use. Although the barrels aren't steel proofed the choking would allow for use of standard steel cartridges making this a great little all-rounder.
