Sako's Powerhead Blade bullet was developed to match the demands of hunters using non-toxic alternatives. Unlike many of its competitors, the Blade is unique in its bullet profile and materials which allow it to stabilise better, retain its weight and provide the penetration and expansion for maximum lethality.
The tri-point Blade tip improves aerodynamics and initiates the expansion rapidly on impact, starting the 5-stage process to achieve the best performance on game. Once the bullet opens, grooves in the hollow chamber of the Blade force it to expand more violently for longer distance shots and lighter targets. A smoother expansion surface in the chamber of the bullet are initiated on harder impact or shorter range shots for a more controlled expansion and more hydrostatic shock. The rear of the bullet is re-inforced and solid, allowing the Powerhead Blade bullet to retain more of its weight.
For the .270 Winchester calibre, a 120 grain bullet is loaded, suitable for medium to large game for a range of distances.

Goods returned unwanted are subject to a minimum postage charge of £3.50 or the actual delivery costs incurred to us, whichever is the greater.
Returned goods must be in new condition, i.e. unused and unmarked with labels attached.
