The Roach (Rutilus rutilus)

The roach is a small member of the Cyprinidae family (commonly known as the carp family). Growing to around 30cm, it is widely found in lakes, rivers, ponds and brackish water in Europe and parts of Asia. The species has a characteristic short silver body with unmistakable red eyes and red caudal fins. Often found in small schools, roach feed mainly on plant material and small insects, larva and gastropods. It is a very cautious and timid species and a favourite snack for predatory fish.

If it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:
Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.
Notification of intention to return must be provided within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be delivered to us within 14 days of return notification.
Goods must have accompanying copy receipt for return.
Goods returned unwanted are subject to a minimum postage charge of £3.50 or the actual delivery costs incurred to us, whichever is the greater.
Returned goods must be in new condition, i.e. unused and unmarked with labels attached.
Costs incurred in returning items are your responsibility.
