LOADING THE MAGAZINE
To load the Impact magazine, start by rotating the clear magazine cover counter-clockwise until it stops. While holding the cover in place, turn the magazine over and insert one pellet from the metal side of the magazine skirt-first. This pellet should now be seated flush with the outside edge, and will hold the spring tension on the internal wheel.
Turning the magazine back over, rotate the clear magazine cover clockwise until the next hole is open, and drop in the next pellet head-first. Continue rotating clockwise and dropping in pellets until each hole is filled. Rotate the clear magazine cover clockwise again until it snaps back into the closed position in alignment with the metal portion of the magazine.

If it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:
Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.
Notification of intention to return must be provided within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be delivered to us within 14 days of return notification.
Goods must have accompanying copy receipt for return.
Goods returned unwanted are subject to a minimum postage charge of £3.50 or the actual delivery costs incurred to us, whichever is the greater.
Returned goods must be in new condition, i.e. unused and unmarked with labels attached.
Costs incurred in returning items are your responsibility.
