Tapered shock leaders are designed specifically for long range distance casting with big leads. Tapered Leaders greatly reduce stretch and means that all the casting power is transmitted directly to the lead for greater distance. Their ultra slick surface finish means they absolutely fly out through the rings.

When using a standard 12ft rod the 9-metre leader equates roughly to three or four turns on the reel spool plus the length of the rod above the reel, plus a 5ft or 6ft casting drop down from the tip ring.

Returns
If it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:
Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.
Notification of intention to return must be provided within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be delivered to us within 14 days of return notification.
Goods must have accompanying copy receipt for return.
Goods returned unwanted are subject to a minimum postage charge of £3.50 or the actual delivery costs incurred to us, whichever is the greater.
Returned goods must be in new condition, i.e. unused and unmarked with labels attached.
Costs incurred in returning items are your responsibility.
