Very good condition example of the Beretta Ultralight. The Ultralight was designed to strip back as much weight as possible from a game gun, making it easier to carry on longer days and during those bigger drives. As a fairly wandlike 12 gauge, this is perfect for a smaller statured shooter or for someone still looking for 12 gauge power with a weight more in line with a 20 gauge. This example has been well cared for through its life. It shows signs of use, with a few cosmetic marks on the stock, but the barrels and face are clean and it locks up well. It is a fixed choke gun, choked 1/4 and 3/4. It comes with the maker's hard case.

The Ultralight is Beretta's answer for those who enjoy the handling of smaller, lighter gauges but still need the 'oomph' you get from a 12 gauge. At a little over six pounds in weight, the Ultralight feels more in line with 20 gauges when held in the hand. Primarily designed for smaller days or walked up shooting, this shotgun is perfect for anyone looking for a full sized, lighter gun.
The action is built from aircraft grade aluminium with a titanium insert to reduce weight by 65% compared to the standard 686 action, whilst still retaining the traditional Beretta locking lugs. The wood is a darker walnut with a fairly standard laser cut cheqeuring and the forend has a semi schnabel tip. Whilst a fairly standard design, it comes up very well.
The shorter barrels help with mounting the gun and getting on target, although they carry less momentum than 30" barrels. Beretta have also included a void between the barrels that helps to reduce weight further.
